We use Florida Estate Management Services for Home Watches when we are away at our northern home in New York. Our Florida home is always in great hands when we are away. They even do a complimentary turn on and welcome back so that we come home to a cool house, the water is on, the hot water heater is running, fresh ice is in the fridge and our washer and dryer are set-up and ready so we don’t have to spend our day setting up the house.
I have a vacation home in Wellington and always come down for the Polo Season. Florida Estate Management Services does our home watches and house cleaning. This season we also used them for concierge services. We gave them a list of groceries and toiletries that we needed set-up at the house and they took care of it for us. It worked out perfect! We came home to a nice clean house and a fully stocked refrigerator.

While we were away they called us to let us know that the pool motor was running very hot and loud and at the end of its life. We authorized for them to have the motor replaced. While my wife and I were out of town for an extended period of time, Florida Estate Management Services found a leak in our roof during the home watch visits. They reported it to us immediately and contacted a roofer to seal up the leak and assess the damage. Florida Estate Management Services was Excellent. They took care of everything for us and worked with the roofer and our insurance company to resolve the whole thing. We are so thankful they caught the leak so quickly!
We were so thankful for Florida Estate Management Services in 2005 when Hurricanes Wilma and Katrina hit Florida. We were away for the season and FEMS always made sure we were kept up to speed on the storm’s projected paths. They brought in our patio furniture and put up our shutters for us. After the storm passed they did an assessment of our property very quickly and reported some damages to us. We were very lucky that there was not much damage to the home. But anything that needed to be taken care of FEMS handled for us from beginning to end and sent us pictures. They kept us at ease and gave us peace of mind that are home was in good hands. Thank you!

This summer when we were away, they contacted us right away during the home watch visit to inform us that our air conditioner was freezing up and causing water damage. Our air conditioner was old and needed replacing. We thought about it and made the decision to have it replaced. Florida Estate Management was wonderful and handled the whole thing for us very quickly. We returned home to a nice cool house. We highly recommend them for home watch and maintenance services.
